Recent Announcements for 2020

Sight & Sound Theatres’ unforgettable theatrical production of JONAH will make its world television debut Friday, August 21, at 8/7 p.m. central, on TBN, the world’s most-watched faith-and-family network. Filmed in front of a live audience, JONAH has been seen by more than two million people on stage, and is airing on TBN in a one-night-only event.

TBN is set to air a major two-part music special, entitled The Truth I’m Standing On, in partnership with the Museum of the Bible in Washington, DC. The concert event features high-profile Christian recording artists sharing songs about healing during the difficult times facing America and the world. Part one is set to air on TBN Friday, July 31, at 8, 9, 10 and 11 pm ET, with part two airing the following week, Friday, August 7, at 8, 9, 10 and 11 pm ET.

Legendary Grammy Award winning country group The Oak Ridge Boys are teaming up with Gov. Mike Huckabee to host TBN’s July 4th weekend television special, performing multiple songs and welcoming GMA Dove Award winning contemporary Christian artist Nicole C. Mullen, along with Grammy winning country music legend Lee Greenwood, whose hit song “God Bless the USA” has become an American anthem.

Tens of millions of Christians will be unable to attend church this Easter weekend as public health officials have prohibited large gatherings, including church services, to limit the spread of COVID-19. For individuals and families quarantined in their homes, TBN, the world’s largest religious broadcaster, will present “GOOD FRIDAY – WORLDWIDE with Chris Tomlin and Max Lucado” this Friday, April 10th, at 8 p.m. Eastern / 7 p.m. Central.

TBN is helping churches navigate the global Coronavirus pandemic by training pastors and leaders how to use Facebook Live as a platform for streaming their worship services.

Recently I had the distinct honor of sitting down with Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, for his first official U.S. interview of 2020. It’s significant that while Mr. Netanyahu could have gone with one of the major networks or news services, he chose, instead, to grant this historic extended interview with TBN, a Christian network — the only Western media interview after the U.S. eliminated Israel’s arch enemy, Iranian General Qasem Soleimani.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sat down with TBN President Matthew Crouch to talk about Israel’s role as the Middle East’s sole democracy, its determination to defend itself against Iran and others intent on its destruction, and the important commitment of President Trump and America’s conservative and Christian community to stand in solidarity with Israel and the Jewish people.
