Pastor Bill Johnson highlights that regardless how well we believe we can hear God; we all hear Him constantly. God makes it His job to make sure we hear Him; and uses everything around us to reinforce what He is saying. Jesus is the Word of God made flesh; but when He speaks His word becomes Spirit and contain the grace to accomplish what He spoke. He makes the seed grow; but we are responsible for maintaining the good soil of a surrendered heart. Acting on what God speaks is what brings breakthrough.
