A budget seems to be a bad word to most people.

They don't like that word, it is not a bad word.

That's why you go to someone who does know how,

But here's the reason we don't do it.

I think some people are afraid to go to a small group

But here's a reason, we're not content with what we have.

That's why a man commits adultery,

you are actually shaking your fists in the face of God.

That means you can actually learn to be content,

So two reasons people don't live within their means,
