Clifton Davis is an award-winning actor, producer, singer, and composer (he penned the Jackson Five hit "Never Can Say Goodbye"). Best known for his role as Reverend Rueben Gregory in the hit NBC sit-com Amen (1986-91), Clifton also originated the role of Sultan in the Broadway production of Aladdin, and has a recurring role on the CBS drama Madame Secretary. An ordained minister, Clifton evangelized throughout the U.S. for more than 30 years, and has received numerous awards for his social, civic, and spiritual service.
