TBN is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Distribution Coordinator to join our growing team!

Reporting to the Director of Distribution, the Coordinator will collaborate with the distribution team across a variety of activities and functions, including sales, account management, and administrative support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to gain exposure into global media/entertainment content creation and distribution. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who has an attention to detail, an ability to juggle multiple priorities, and is cool under pressure. S/he must have the ability to clearly and concisely communicate thoughts and ideas, both written and verbally, and operate in a fast-paced environment with grace and integrity. This position will be located in Tustin, CA.




  • Oversees day-to-day management of department’s administrative tasks
  • Supports communication with cross-functional teams such as marketing, global affiliate partners, content operations, and business and legal affairs to ensure timely and efficient sales cycles.
  • The creation of sales materials, in cooperation with Marketing and Production teams (i.e. brochures, pitch decks, internal presentation materials, screeners, etc.)
  • Manage and creates availability listings and communicates information with global partners
  • Domestic and international sales market support, inclusive of convention registrations, travel accommodation, shipping, etc.
  • Builds collaborative relationships with internal departments and partners to ensure best in class customer service and practices
  • Create and maintain release schedule across windows
  • Manages sales tracking and reporting, including inputting client and deal information into company systems and generating regular reports
  • Conducts regular industry research and maintains reports to support strategic distribution initiatives
  • Supports Director with pre-sales and post-sales processes, business development initiatives, administrative support, coordinating meetings and events with clients
  • Helps facilitate communication with international teams, including but not limited programming and content updates
  • Other duties, as assigned



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years of Professional Experience
  • Media and Entertainment Industry Experience with at least 1 year in Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Project Management or Operations
  • Aptitude and Flexibility to Work Well on Multiple Projects
  • Strong Interest and Passion for Media and Entertainment
  • Well-versed in Basic Computer Software including but not limited to Excel, Keynote, and PowerPoint
  • Project Management and International Experience a Plus
  • Attention to Detail and the Ability to Multi-task
  • Familiar with TBN and the Faith Market
