The Associate Producer will be responsible for handling logistics and developing digital content for Praise. This position will assist the Head of the Praise Department with creative and administrative needs for the daily talk show.   



  • Produce written copy for broadcast, web, print, email, eblasts, social media, internal and external communications.  
  • Create concepts and designs for new digital projects.  
  • Coordinate project details and ensure the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld.  
  • Collaborate with a team of strategists and designers to develop content for marketing/promotional campaigns.  
  • Coordinate with guests and their assistants/managers to secure media assets (video, photos, slides, etc.) for taping's.  
  • Assist with remote and studio shoots as needed.   


  • Coordinate logistics for Praise tapings, including pre- and post-production needs.  
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with guests and hosts, and provide information and needs pertinent to their participation in the program.  
  • Coordinate hospitality needs during tapings and provide excellent customer service at all times. Communicate with diverse on-air personalities, personal assistants, and talent managers.  
  • Secure contractual requirements (release forms, talent agreements, etc.) pertaining to guest appearances and ensure all parties remain in compliance.  
  • Coordinate with the production staff at TBN offices to provide information and services as needed for Praise taping's.  
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.   

Skills & Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or relevant field.  
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital content development.   
  • Experience in talent management, event coordination, travel/hospitality, etc.) is preferred.  
  • Strong knowledge of computer software that is related to web design, graphic design.   
  • Experience working with CRMs and ESPs (e.g. HubSpot, SalesForce, MailChimp, Eventbrite etc.) required. Direct experience with HubSpot a plus.   
  • Experience with design software such as Ai, Ps, or Canva is strongly preferred.  
  • Possess an analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.  
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and problem solve as needed.  
  • Possess basic knowledge of media formats for broadcast.

Position Purpose:


To manage and actively implement approved major donor communication plan, development activities, onboarding program, and retention strategies for Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN). Supervise major donor team members to connect with donors and further strengthen their relationship with TBN. Activities include inbound and outbound communication to major donors including phone calls, handwritten notes, email communication, and more. Locate the appropriate donor matches for Legacy Life Annuities and other Legacy products, and arrange follow up from the Legacy team.


Essential Duties:

  • Attend and contribute to scheduled Donor Development Leadership team meetings; follow through with implementing approved strategies, programs, and activities
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members which includes leading regular team meetings, measuring and meeting goals and benchmarks, implementing approved systems and coaching and equipping team members to function at a high level
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet and provide a high level of service to donors. Provide and receive input to ensure that proper communication occurs for all involved team members
  • Plan and facilitate major donor events as requested, ensuring a high level of excellence, professionalism, and hospitality are exhibited that consistently represents TBN
  • Manage expenditures within approved budget
  • Report on donor activities, providing feedback to help increase level of engagement
  • Work with information system team to maintain the CRM system, tracking major donor lists, activities, and communication

Position Purpose:


To connect with major donors of Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) and carry out approved onboarding, communication and retention strategies through outbound and inbound phone calls, prayer calls, written correspondence, and more. The heart is to bless the major donors and further connect them with TBN. 


Essential Duties:


  • Facilitate daily calls to pray for, encourage and bless major donors
  • Place special calls requested by leadership (i.e. disaster calls, special prayer, etc.)
  • Return calls from major donors who send in a contact form or leave a phone message
  • Participate in Donor Relations Team planning sessions
  • Participate in Donor Relations team brainstorming and communication meetings
  • Facilitate calls for special events (i.e. donor events, special tours)
  • Prior to making calls ensure that proper call preparations occur (i.e. review communication logs, fully informed of the call purpose, etc.)
  • Research requests related to major donor events, strategies, etc. (as needed)
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Assist major donors with navigating the website to locate particular programs

Position Overview:

The Information Systems Business Analyst is a vital team player in the IS department. The IS Business Analyst plans and conducts the analysis, design, testing, documentation and deployment of new and existing technology solutions to meet TBN’s business and operational requirements; develops business process requirements and improvements; facilitates development of priorities with managers; coordinates and participates in applications testing and problem resolution; executes quality assurance activities. This position operates as the subject matter expert providing technical and functional system analysis services to enable TBN to develop and implement software and technology solutions to meet business, operational and functional objectives.

In addition, the IS Business Analyst will establish and maintain technical and architectural documentation standards and mentor and provide leadership to technical resources conducting systems analysis.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and document complex as-is and future business processes to turn business requirement into documents for procedures, applications, tools, and reporting
  • Collect and develop detailed business and functional requirements across the enterprise and serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams.
  • Assist Application Support team with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Troubleshoot issues with current software applications and interfaces identifying potential solutions and working with the development team to resolve.
  • Assist the development team with writing test cases, test scripts and scorecards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experienced in at least one of the following areas:
