TBN is searching for a YouTube Channel Manager to join our growing Digital Platforms team. The YouTube Channel Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of multiple YouTube channels. This responsibility includes media handling, video editing, creation of custom thumbnails, uploading, creating playlists, optimizing metadata, etc. This position will report to the Digital Platforms Manager. 

The ideal candidate has a digital-first approach to the production and distribution of video content, is detail-oriented and can with ease navigate the backend of YouTube. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Video editing and media handling. 
  • Creation of custom thumbnails and channel headers. 
  • Video uploading and scheduling. Playlists, end screens, cards, titles, descriptions, and tags. 
  • Monitoring live streams and comments. 
  • Tracking and reporting the performance of YouTube channels. 
  • Coordinating YouTube collaborations, cross-promotional activities, and influencer assessments. 
  • Staying informed of platform updates and utilizing new features. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of finished content that aligns with the ministry goals, brand voice, and creative vision of TBN.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience working with YouTube channels. 
  • Detailed working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop. 
  • Passion for creating impactful and sharable content for our online audience.
  • YouTube Certified in Audience Growth and/or very familiar with best practices for SEO and discoverability. 
  • Expert time and project management skills to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced video production environment while maintaining production standards and efficiency.
  • Meticulous attention to quality, detail, and project organization.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of creating a weekly, national broadcast news commentary/information/entertainment program hosted by Governor Mike Huckabee for the Trinity Broadcasting Network. 

The Senior Producer, in conjunction with the host, Executive Producers, and Network production department, will set the creative vision for the program and lead a team that can successfully execute this vision and production at our Nashville/Hendersonville facility.

Responsible for vision casting and constantly pushing to find new ways to keep the program relevant and competitive in the broadcast industry.

Work with show staff to create new segment ideas and create new ways to engage broadcast and digital viewers.

This position reports to the Vice President of Production and Executive Producers.

 

Duties Include, but not limited to:

 

  • Manage show production team of producers, coordinators, and technical staff.
  • Work with Host/Executive Producer on both long-range and immediate show planning and production.
  • Have a strong understanding of news and the political landscape and its players.  Understand the political calendar and current events and be able to make quick decisions when stories break.
  • Write script segments, assign elements to staff writers, and make final edits to script.
  • Plan for and determine final content with regard to writing, editing, graphics, and other show materials.
  • Ensure that all released content adheres to network standards and practices.
  • Understand network policy and work with staff across the network for various needs including legal, rights and clearances, programming, etc.
  • Oversee both broadcast and digital assets.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations regarding show website

Responsible for the weekly content creation and execution (including show formats, scripts, research, and bios) necessary to successfully produce and deliver the “Huckabee” show for the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) from the Hendersonville/Nashville, Tennessee studios.

The Line Producer is the glue for the Huckabee team and is the chief communicator who effectively assigns the tasks and activities necessary to successfully produce the program each week.

 

Duties:

 

  • Works under the Vice President of Production and the Huckabee show producer.
  • Coordinates all aspects of each week’s live-to-record episode
  • Assigns segment leaders, scripting, research, editing, graphics, and other needs
  • Writes, reviews, and edits or assigns scripts for the program to fit the “voice” of the host and/or announcer
  • Reviews and approves all scripts prior to prompter rehearsal on the day of the show
  • Coordinates with director and editors to manage the day to day pre-production needs of the program ensuring that elements are ready well in advance of showtime

  • Minimum of 3-5 Years experience in a large-scale studio operation in a live production environment.
  • Thorough knowledge in the operations of broadcast camera systems including specifically these brands: Grass Valley, Ikegami, Sony and Panasonic.

The Information Systems Business Analyst is a vital team player in the IS department. Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze and document complex as-is and future business processes to turn business requirement into documents for procedures, applications, tools, and reporting
